Why is an advantage to fill in these forms in advance?: If you fill in these forms in advance and you email, fax or just bring them with you the day of the appointment, you are shorting your waiting time when checking in. Please remember that we are dealing with children and time management is paramount. We put our best effort to provide you and your child with the best professional service.There are times when our schedule is delayed due to complications during procedures; these events may cause a delay to your appointment time. Please understand as a parent that we strive for the security of your child and that all dental procedures are performed with the highest standards.
